Shipping policy

To begin the return/exchange process, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Have your order information ready. We will respond within a timely manner to provide instructions for returns. Please safely repackage the items(s) to be returned/exchanged.  Our team will provide you with the return shipping address.

As we offer free shipping to you, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for return shipping charges. Packages returned to us must include a tracking number.

Refunds for Online Orders Only.  All refunds are issued in the original payment method.

We aim to process a refund within 2-3 days of receiving your return shipment. You will receive an e-mail indicating we have received and processed your return shipment (please allow up to 5-10 working days for your credit card company to credit your account). Sale Items will not be issued a cash back refund but you still have the option for an exchange or in-store credit. No items purchased are Final Sale with the exception of boxers and underwear.
