Shipping & Returns
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service via email at info@moltisanti.com or call us directly at 780.435.3404 within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. We will respond within a timely manner to provide instructions for a full refund or exchange. Please safely repackage the unworn conditioned item(s) in their original form including receipts and tags attached to be returned or exchanged. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address.
As we offer free shipping to you, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for return shipping charges. Packages returned to us must include a tracking number.
All refunds are for Online Orders Only. All refunds are issued in the original payment method.
We aim to process a refund within 2-3 days of receiving your return shipment. You will receive an e-mail indicating we have received and processed your return shipment (please allow up to 5-10 working days for your credit card company to credit your account). 50% Off Sale Items will not be issued a cash back refund but you still have the option for an exchange or in-store credit. No items purchased are Final Sale with the exception of boxers and underwear.
In Store Purchases:
All items purchased in store can be returned for an exchange or in-store credit within 30 days. No items purchased in store are Final Sale. Even Sale items can be exchanged within our return period.
