Shipping & eturns

If Moltisanti Clothing (“we”) has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the item(s) have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding scheduled delivery items) normally ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. You will be contacted in regards to Out-of-stock orders in which case the item(s) will ship once the item(s) are back in stock or a refund will be issued for the out of stock item(s) purchased. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen. Same day local deliveries must be submitted before 12PM that day or the order will ship and arrive the following day. 

All products purchased in store and online can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for another size or store credit. For local purchases please return the product in store. A receipt must be provided. Sorry no cash refunds. For out of town purchases please ship products to Southgate Centre.
